A fresh beginning

Life is about change. Today another happened in my life. My marriage ended.

We are doing the paperwork. So it is really ended. No more second chances. No "what if we try...". Irrevocably broken by lies and half-truths told by a little boy in a man's body who couldn't own up to his part of the issues we confronted and did not want to try.

Starting over emotionally. Starting over with the house repairs and remodels. Starting over with romantic relationships. It feels like the first day at a new school.

Beginnings are hard. So I'm going to give myself a break and say this is enough for this post.
